I must admit I remained lightly impressed when I read thishandbook for the first time. Yes, impressed and, later, nicely struck. The work, is, in fact, a wide collection of unusual recipes that taught me to replace common and dangerous ingredients such as salt and sugar, with absolutely low fat and low sugar organic compounds.
And so, I brought the handbook to my kitchen and started cooking delicious vegan, gluten free and lactose free recipes. I warn you that the dishes listed by the author are not only to lose weight, but to follow a healthy organic diet, as well. Furthermore, the recipes are not only vegan, because you can also find the ones with ham and the famous Italian Bresaola. I read the Kindle edition of the book. That is not a work to read on the sofa, but a cookbook, a stunning culinary guide to prepare a different meal every day.
Keeping reading it, I learnt that flour can also be made with banana and that spices like paprika and ginger make the dishes absolutely delicious and flavored better than adding salt. The collection of recipes is really countless and you can find any kind of dish, also the ones to prevent allergies and other diseases.
I also appreciated the message of the author at the beginning of the book, namely that the work is not to substitute the opinion of your doctor, but only to replace the food that harms us with the healthier one and with the permission of our doctor. I did this and you? For more information about the book, visit the website of the author.
