book on schizophrenia

Dear reader, if you landed on this website it is because you are looking for help or because you are seeking for a good solution to heal your mental disorder. Maybe you hear voices in your mind or whispers or still worse, you feel as if a demon entered into your soul and ordered you to commit bad deeds. Don’t worry about these thoughts, because you are not possessed by demons or bad spirits, but only by a mental disease well known as schizophrenia. As all mental disorders, schizophrenia is as a diabolic labyrinth which can destroy your career, your life and your friendships, but it can do this if you let it act inside you. You must know that there are millions of people in the world affected from schizophrenia or schizoaffective disorders. And not only, people struggle daily with other mental diseases, from depression to anxiety. These mental illnesses may heal if people and especially you, who are reading this post, have the capacity to undertake a healing path made of awareness and strong will to live. Thanks to God, nowadays there are more effective therapies to keep schizophrenia and the other schizoaffective disorders under control , along with well aimed behavioral psychotherapies that can break the diabolic circle where you have been imprisoned. In my country, it is also said that you can defeat your enemy only if you know him and only if you realize to have a mental disease. In life, you need courage to face diseases. If people have the courage to face physical diseases, such as cancer or diabetes, the same courage is necessary to heal mental disorders such as schizophrenia or psychosis. Sometimes, you feel to have something wrong in your mind, but you fear to know the truth about this thing. Well, the first step is to get a diagnosis about your health condition, the second is to get more information about your disorder and the third is to heal. There are many sources talking about schizophrenia. To learn more about this mental disorder, a good solution is also to read books written by people who suffered from your same disease, namely schizophrenia. Doctors also agree with the idea that sharing problems helps to heal. There is even a psychotherapy called “group therapy”, where a group of patients, who have a common mental disorder, tell about their story and experience in front of a psychotherapist. You can partially replay this effect by reading a book written by a courageous author who suffered from schizophrenia. The author is Cameron Carr, he lives in Canada and the book is titledThe Diabolic Labyrinth ,my Walk with Schizophrenia. The author wrote this book to share his life and experience with this mental disorder. I really admired the courage of this author. He was capable to go from a dark and sad past to a happy and fulfilled future. Yes, he has had schizophrenia during the early stages of youngness. He has had job problems and much more, he had to struggle with prejudice and loneliness. He was also mocked by insensitive friends and persons, but thanks to a strong will to heal, he today is a happy and normal man, with an excellent job and a wonderful wife. His life is filled with peace and love and schizophrenia is only the character of his biographical book. You can also be like this man, you can also have the wonderful life of this author, you can also heal and keep schizophrenia under control. Read this helpful book, learn how to face your mental disorder and heal with effective strategies and not with the strange stuff that every day appears on the web, such as shamanic recipes that are more similar to sorcery than the medical therapies.
